Volunteers are a vital
part of Duane Sheriff Ministries, and volunteer service gives everyone an opportunity
to be blessed and to be a blessing. If you decide to become a regular part
of Victory Life Church and would like to volunteer once every eight weeks, please

Victory Life Church Pre-K & Kindergarten teachers' desire
is to minister to your child's physical, emotional and spiritual needs. We are committed
to providing a loving and caring children's department. Our goal is not only to
meet your child's physical and emotional needs but also to minister to their spirit.
We do this by instilling in them the concept of who Jesus is and by making them
aware of who they are in Jesus while preparing them for the battles they will face,
even at their young age. It is our prayer that Ephesians 6:1-2 would be a
reality in your child's life so that your child would bring delight and honor to
you and others. When a child leaves our department, we want to have instilled
in them how mighty and powerful our God is and that He loves them more than they
can ever imagine. They have a purpose. They are overcomers, and in Him
they can do all things.
Our volunteers include couples, singles, youth; and they commit
to one service a month. We also have 5th Sunday volunteers.
We provide Bible lessons, praise and worship, crafts, snacks and activity events.

Jeremiah 29:11 speaks over our children that God knows the plans
He has for them and it speaks of His desire to bring them to a prosperous future.
Our goal is for children to know that the same God who created the universe created
them with a specific purpose in mind...they are no accident! The world speaks
loudly to our children. We in children's ministry counter the lies with truth
and help children to understand the tools they need to overcome the enemy and his
ways.
29:Eleven Kids Ministry offers many opportunities for children
to learn about and grow in their relationship with God. Numerous methods are
used to bring the truths in God's Word to life - multimedia presentations, puppets,
dance, live skits and dramas. The teachings of the house, spoken from Pastor
Duane Sheriff, are broken down into the child's level and taught in such a way that
children are able to see how it applies to their lives today.

- Only 4% of this current generation will be Bible believing Christians.
- Between the ages of 5-12 lifelong habits, values, and beliefs are formed that are
carried to the grave!
- 85% of all Christians become saved before reaching age 13.
Every day we work to combat the plans that the enemy has against
our children. We work to stay ahead of trends that will lure them and destroy them
if unchecked. We create church experiences that will rival those with which the
world is drawing them with. But our skills and gifts are limited. New soldiers to
help in this battle are needed to bring great ideas and refreshed methods. By volunteering
in this department you will have ample opportunity to raise your mighty Sword and
make an impact for the Kingdom of God that you have always dreamed of having.
